Had a really good stay during road trip. The location was particularly good - close to a main artery, restaurants, stores and other shopping and an area where people are put with families late at night.
As for me, the area was quite dirty.

The hotels' team was very pleasant. The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a historic mansion.

Very good rooms and drinks, loved our stay in the hotel. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The room was spotless with a microwave and had a microwave oven, a fridge and tea/coffee making equipment: )

Location
Dirty Run down Bad odors Noisy! Floors and walkways were ridiculously noisy. Over priced. Very poor ventilation in pool area. No water pressure in shower. Snow was piled up in parking spaces rather than removed.

great access to charming downtown and various parks
During my two-night stay, I loved that it was just a short stroll to both the Historic Downtown area and Picture Canyon Natural and Cultural Preserve. The large room I had was equipped with all the essentials including a refrigerator and microwave, always a plus for a single traveler like me. The breakfast offerings were decent, but I would have appreciated a greater variety of healthy options, such as fresh fruit or yogurt, to start my mornings on a more nutritious note.

Comforts of a double room with a microwave were fabulous.
The staff were busy, didn't expect that coming.

The room was clean and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. Breakfast options were limited and the service at that time could have been improved. Great for families, but consider arriving early for breakfast.

Price/performance ratio.
It's a long way from the center. We need a car.

The room had a terrible smell. After taking a shower I walked across the carpet and the carpet felt sticky. Yuk

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend rest in Flagstaff with good price value. The room was clean with newer appointments, though the craftsmanship could use improvement. Try to avoid busy times for breakfast to find a seat easily.

They had cleaned the carpet, when you took your shoes off, water soaked up through your toes. It smelled like some kind of chemical, and gave my wife an asthma attack. We got up early and just went home.

I chose super 8 for the convenience and the spa and pool. Its a much cleaner and more accomadating stay than most other places ive stayed while in flagstaff.
if staying under the second floor the walls ceiling seems very thin. I was kept up all night by a noisy upstairs neighbor. not super 8's fault they he was up all night. but we heard every movement.
